The location is convenient for a family of 5, with easy access to the city center via a direct bus route. the parking facilities are good and the beds are comfortable with lovely linen. the house is well-equipped for cooking meals, although some glasses and champagne flutes were missing. the courtyard would be a nice addition in good weather.

The rooms are small and poorly furnished, with cheap beds that are uncomfortable for those with back pain. the dustbins are left unclean and smelly.

Although the house was generally clean, we noticed some marked stains on the floor and a lack of cleanliness in the bins when we arrived. Additionally, there were a few minor issues such as the bathroom door difficulty in closing due to a clothes hanger and the lack of hooks in the bathroom and downstairs loo.
